I had a great experience here. I came in worried because I heard a grinding/scraping noise under my car and thought something serious might be wrong. They checked it quickly, found that it was just a metal wire stuck underneath, removed it in seconds, and didn’t even charge me. They were honest, fast, and professional. I really appreciate that kind of integrity, especially when dealing with car repairs. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop.

I live in Maryland. The door lock on the driver's side and my mirror adjustment has stopped working. I took it to my local shop, and they tried replacing the main switch, which did not fix the problems. They recommended taking it to the dealership. I paid $200 to have the dealership tell me it was the main switch and that I needed a new door handle, which they would fix for an exorbitant fee. In frustration, I decided to visit a good friend in Staten Island so I could take my car to Zaloomie. This shop had been my go-to shop when I lived there, and I knew they were excellent at diagnosing electrical issues. Zaloomie found the problem immediately (several broken wires) and fixed my car for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this shop!

This is the first shop I've been to where not only was the service great but the place for an automatic shop is keep very organized!! The mechanic Bill is a great man! Hes a straight shooter but respectful.... you need this, this , and this and it adds to this.... there were no random things added that didnt need to be like I've had done at all places over there years. Overall great experience and I will recommend them to anyone!!

I recently visited Zaloomie Car Care to replace my serpentine belt and tensioner, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. The team was professional, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made everything easy to understand. Amazing experience! Everyone who works here is kind and friendly. They have complimentary coffee for when you are waiting. The place is clean and inviting, with cute quotes on the wall giving it a family oriented vibe. I came for an inspection and they got to it as quickly as possible. I was in and out in less than an hour and paid exactly what I expected. When I left, the employee came in to tell me that he left the car running to keep it warm because I had my baby with me. As I said, very thoughtful, caring and family-friendly. I highly recommend them!
